The Mars Volta - Live in Munich, Germany
March 03rd, 2008 @ George Elser Hallen
Setlist
Notes
Some may argue their show in Berlin a few days was the better gig, and they may be right, but how can you argue with the acoustic set snuck in at the tail end of this show? This show just feels massive, the pre-song jams have grown in length, and so have the songs themselves. I’d argue this European leg of the tour was the best for 2008. The band had found its groove and were really putting on some stellar shows. Once they left Europe the shows became simpler with fewer songs and more jams instead.
