Woman Gives Birth To Tomato! is the second in a trilogy of albums that were all released digitally on the same day. It is the only album of the trio to credit the musicians featured. The album was mentioned in the Telesterion book and is the only unreleased album in that book to be released. Each song title is based on a location that Omar has lived except for the final track which is silence. This was the last Omar solo album to feature artwork by Sonny Kay.
