Foss was an American Emo rock band formed in the early 90s featuring Cedric Bixler-Zavala, former congressmen Beto O’Rourke, Arlo Klahr, and Mike Stevens. The band toured in the early nineties with Los Dregtones. They experienced a brief period of notoriety when their performance of Let’s Get Real was unearthed during O’Rourke’s senate election campaign. They broke up due to Beto focusing on academics.
