Chocolate Tumor Hormone Parade is billed as a live recording, however there is a lack of clarity regarding the origin of this recording.  The line-up that played this material live never included Marfred Rodriguez-Lopez, but had Juan Alderete on bass.  This means that Juan was either overdubbed by Marfred at a later date or this is a live in studio album, although that is not how the album is marketed.
