Sworn Virgins

Sworn Virgins is the first release in the Ipecac series. The Ipecac series was initially a run of 12 albums released over a period of 6 months.    The Ipecac series was released only via digital although a CD/LP boxset was announced initially.  There have been no physical releases of the Ipecac series.  The initial press release read as:

“The previously unreleased albums were recorded from 2008 to 2013, while Rodriguez-Lopez lived in Zapopan, Mexico and as well as his eventual return to El Paso. The titles will be released on a bi-weekly basis with the first spate of albums running through the end of the year. Each album will see a digital release with a limited number of physical copies (CD) available on Rodriguez-Lopez’s various live outings. Following the initial run of releases, a limited edition CD/LP box set will become available.”

“This is the first album from the deal with Mike Patton’s Ipecac label. The idea was to make one album for this imprint. In the end, this was number one of 24.” – Clouds Hill
