In the liner notes Omar writes: “I wrote these songs in reaction to working with maestros Guillermo Arriaga Jordan and Jorge Hernandez Aldana on their film and soundtrack album, El Bùfalo De La Noche. This album is for them.”

The Japanese release comes with a bonus CD featuring the version of Please Heat This Eventually with Damo Suzuki.  It is the only way to get that album on CD.

“An album of 60 songs originally composed for a movie soundtrack. When director Jorge Hernández Aldana only used ten of them, some of the others were used to make this record.” – Clouds Hill
